Most of us use them, but it should be in our daily life.

If you are thinking about donating blood then it help you very much, I used to drink 1 glass a day.

My favorites are cinnamon, turmeric, paprika, cayenne pepper, rosemary, ginger.
Olive Oil:
Olive Oil reduces oxidation by adding the oil to the pan after the food has been added. Have 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil a day, i.e. salad dressing
Vitamin D and Calcium and magnesium:
1,000 units of vitamin D and 600mg calcium and 20mg magnesium twice daily. Magnesium is important to take with calcium in order to not get constipated.
Multivitamin:
Any tablet of multivitamin, take half in the morning and the other half in the evening.
Fish:
People who eat fish on a regularly are free of heart disease, to some extent, when compared to their counterparts. These compounds are also beneficial in preventing abnormal heart rhythms. It also has high levels of omega-3 fatty acids, which prevents the rise of cholesterol levels in the body. Many anti-aging diet plans include fish as the main anti-aging food, but beware fishes that contain mercury and pesticides.
Water:
Lastly, but the most important component of anti aging diet, is water. It is very important to keep yourself hydrated all the time. Water helps in getting clear of the toxins and unwanted waste materials. It is recommended to have at least 10 to 12 glasses of water everyday.
In addition, regularly do weight and aerobic exercises, get sufficient sleep, meditate 5 minutes a day at least, and have sex with your spouse :). Research shows that while we cannot bring to a halt to aging process, we can absolutely have power over the rate at which we age.

Thank you for this wonderful hub. I just turned 30 my last birthday and have began worrying about the signs of aging. I've bought creams for my face but I keep forgetting to put them on. I would much rather eat foods that are good for me and my skin.
